Run on Energy "Ruby" is a 16.2h 2016 extremely flashy chestnut mare by Unbridled Energy out of a Sky Mesa mare. I had been watching this horses race career for a really long time and am close with her connections so I was very excited to get the opportunity to bring her into my program once she was ready to move on from racing. She has been extremely well mannered and great to handle. The owner of the farms 9 year old daughter leads her in and out of the field and loves to bring her peppermints and cuddle with her in the stall. She is out with two other mares that all get along extremely well and can be lead in and out all together. Ruby stands for the farrier, ties, clips, bathes, trailer, etc. easily. She is happy either staying in the stall for days or living out 24/7, it really doesn't matter she keeps an even temperament and is neat and quiet in her stall. Ruby can eat outside in the field with her friends and doesn't bother anyone. She is a good eater and filling out really nice on a very simple diet. She loves kids, but is athletic to ride and definitely gets noticed with her color and big step! She is ammy friendly and currently being brought along in the hunter/jumpers, but could absolutely event! No vices, and up to date on shots, teeth, coggins, dewormers, feet, etc.
